                                                Programme Aim

The music course in is an ideal opportunity for those that wish to enhance their existing musical skills or those that wish to begin a new musical adventure. Students develop their aural skills (learning by ear) as well as gaining the music literacy skills to notate and understand printed collections of music. 

The course aims to provide students with the skills and confidence to arrange music and song, develop set lists, reherse effectively and perform.

Students also gain experience of producing and promoting events, organising and hosting musical gatherings and working effectively within a diverse group.

Are FREE of charge.
Allow you retain your social welfare benefits (even if you miss a day of class.
Provide the loan of a laptop for the duration of the course.
Provide one to one meetings with an adult guidance counsellor.
With a potential 390 CAO points available there is the opportunity of progression to TU’s.
Provide Microsoft Office Specialist as an ad-on.
Include the opportunity to travel abroad for 2 weeks work experience under the Erasmus+ Programme – accommodation, travel and living expenses are covered.
