Welcome to Leitrim College of Further Education and Training. With campuses located in Drumshanbo and Carrick-on-Shannon we offer a range of QQI Level 5 and Level 6 certified courses, with a view to helping people upskill, retrain, gain employment or progress onto further/higher education

These courses are free of charge, allowing students to retain their existing social welfare payments (for more information see the Financial Supports section in the About tab) whilst on the course.  There is also funding available for childcare, through the National Childcare Scheme.  The centre itself is easily accessible with a diverse, inclusive learning environment.  Work experience opportunities can be found locally, whilst we also offer students the opportunity to work in a European country under the Erasmus+ programme.
